What really spoke volumes was when a 2nd storm was about to hit right after they finished their work and AFTER receiving payment, they showed up AGAIN to help us protect the home (and others in our neighborhood), and also helped us clean up after the 2nd storm. Following Ian (and Nicole), we had water damage to our home. While it was not extensive , cleanup needed to be done. North Florida Remediation came in and did the cleanup quickly and professionally. The area was free of mold and water damage and ready to be put back together. All the guys were great to work with and very nice. Hoping I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I will call them.
